While kayaking in Hingham Harbor and photographing birds on Sarah's Island, I found this juvenile common egret foraging on the shore. Letting my kayak float to shore so as to not disturb him, I was able to get close enough to capture this closeup. This is a tighter 4"x6" cropped shot.
